Terms

Last updated 7 November 2026. These terms cover the public Stedwell site at stedwell.ai, operated by Vikart Inc., 73 Whitmore Dr, St. Augustine, FL 32092 (brief@stedwell.ai).

This page describes the service limits that match the code in this project. It is not a lawyer's draft and it is not legal advice. It does not add an arbitration clause, a class-action waiver, a liability cap, a refund policy, or a lifetime price.

The service

Stedwell is a reading aid for public SAM.gov Contract Opportunities in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and Colorado. You decide what to bid. Stedwell does not bid for you, does not arrange a bond, and is not part of the U.S. government.

Figures in an issue come from the SAM.gov extract for that issue. A magnitude is shown when the notice states one. The reading-time figure on the sample is labeled as an estimate.

Bond, site-visit, and design-build lines are flags from the notice text only. The pipeline does not review solicitation attachments. An SF-30, or any other PDF attached to a notice, is not checked by this system. Confirm the current notice on SAM.gov before you rely on a deadline, a bond, a site visit, or an amendment.

Jobs are dropped from the small-business ledger when the stated magnitude is over $25 million, or when an unrestricted job's stated magnitude is over $10 million. Those rules are in the digest pipeline. Dropped notices are listed with a reason in the issue that contains them.

The archived sample

The sample issue is the West edition dated 5 November 2026, from the extract published 4 November 2026 at 10:30 PM CT, for the window 29 October–4 November 2026. It is an archive. Deadlines in it are the original notice dates. The 6 November 2026, 2:00 PM PT deadline is past. The page does not add later bids.

The Friday Dispatch

Friday Dispatch signup is not open. The site does not collect an email address for it, and the signup endpoint refuses without storing one. There is no scheduled sender. Provider settings do not turn signup, welcome mail, or broadcasts on.

The code does not clear a previous unsubscribe and does not convert an imported outreach record into a subscription.

Paid prices

The site shows two paid prices. A second price arm can be stored in the browser:

Paid checkout is not open. These pages do not send you to Stripe and do not take a new payment. The figures above are not an offer to sell. A payment that already reached the webhook can still be recorded as paid, past due, or canceled on a contact that already exists. That record is not consent for the Friday Dispatch. This site does not provide a cancellation button, a lifetime rate lock, or a refund rule. This page does not restate Stripe's terms and does not add to them.

A written review of a solicitation is not produced by this website.

Unsubscribe

This release is not sending mail, so it is not issuing a new personal unsubscribe link. The sample issue's links go to the preferences page and are not personal. Opening a page does not change a subscription. This page does not delete earlier provider records.

No signup form

There is no form on the public site for an email address. The unsubscribe page is not a way to look up whether an address is on a list.
